Ordering & pricing

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard supply is full-container-load wholesale, generally offered in 20ft or 40ft containers. The practical MOQ depends on the product, packing format and loading plan, so please share your destination and estimated quantity.

Can I receive a retail or small-parcel order?

Our offer is designed for commercial bulk buyers rather than retail consumers. If you are testing the market, we can discuss a container plan or sample arrangement before you scale to a regular shipment.

How is the price calculated?

Bulk urea pricing changes with market conditions, specification, packing, quantity, delivery term and destination. Send us the product grade, target quantity and port so we can prepare a quotation with a clear price basis and validity period.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T and L/C at sight can be discussed for your order. The applicable payment structure is stated in the final quotation or sales agreement.

Quality, samples & documents

Can I request a sample?

Yes. A sample can be arranged for evaluation, with the buyer covering the freight cost. Sample quantity and dispatch details are confirmed based on the product grade and destination.

What product specifications are available?

We offer agricultural granular urea, agricultural prilled urea, industrial urea and SCR / AdBlue-grade urea for discussion. Our standard agricultural granular offer is N ≥ 46.0% and biuret ≤ 0.9%, with specification and lower-biuret requirements confirmed per order.

Which quality documents can you provide?

Depending on the order and destination, documentation can include a Certificate of Analysis, SGS report, ISO documentation, REACH document, Certificate of Origin, MSDS and the applicable shipping documents. We confirm the current document set against your requirement.

Can a third-party inspection be arranged?

Third-party sampling or inspection can be discussed when required by the buyer or destination. The inspection scope, timing and cost should be agreed before production or shipment.

Packaging & delivery

Can you customize the bags or shipping marks?

Custom bag printing and shipping marks can be discussed for qualified bulk orders. Please provide the artwork, label content and destination requirements so we can confirm feasibility and lead time.

What is the usual lead time?

The normal quoted lead time is around 7–15 days after deposit, subject to product availability, packing requirements and production scheduling. The confirmed date is written into the quotation or order agreement.

Can you ship to my country or port?

Please share the destination country and preferred port. We can discuss FOB, CFR or CIF shipment plans, subject to the available route, container type and final logistics quotation.

Do you support repeat or annual supply?

Yes. For distributors and industrial buyers with recurring demand, share the expected grade, monthly volume and delivery schedule so we can discuss a stable supply plan and appropriate commercial terms.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Factory visits can be arranged with advance notice, subject to site access and production scheduling. We can also provide product, packing and loading information remotely before your visit.
