Packaging formats

Bulk urea can be supplied in standard woven bags or jumbo bags, with custom bag printing and shipping marks available for qualified orders. We confirm bag construction, net weight and marking requirements before production.

Woven bags for buyers who require smaller handling units.

A practical format for palletized or manually handled bulk distribution.

Container and loading options

Shipment basis FOB, CFR and CIF terms are available for discussion.
Container Full-container-load shipments by 20ft or 40ft container, subject to the confirmed packing and load plan.
Loading location Departure port and loading arrangement are confirmed in the offer and shipping instruction.
Custom requirements Palletization, marks, documentation and inspection requests should be stated before booking.

Export documents

Document requirements vary by country and payment method. A typical shipment can be coordinated with the following documents where applicable:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Analysis
  • SGS report or other agreed third-party inspection document
  • MSDS where required
  • Bill of lading or transport document issued through the agreed logistics channel

Please confirm the required document set and consignee details in advance. The documents included in your order are listed in the final proforma invoice or agreement.

From order confirmation to loading

01 Confirm the packing specification.
Bag type, net weight, marks and loading preference are recorded.
02 Produce and pack.
The batch is packed and checked against the approved packaging requirement.
03 Load and verify.
The container is loaded to the confirmed plan, with quantity and loading checks completed.
04 Issue shipping documents.
Final documents are checked for consistency with the order before dispatch.
