Quality & Certifications

BATCH CONTROL · DOCUMENT SUPPORT · THIRD-PARTY TESTING

Quality you can verify before shipment.

We combine internal batch inspection with the documentation buyers need for supplier approval, customs clearance and destination-market review. The exact test scope is confirmed with each specification and order.

Documentation available for review

Depending on the product and destination, we can support your evaluation with product and shipment documents. Current copies and scope should be requested for the specific offer; not every document applies to every market.

SGS test report

Third-party testing or sampling can be arranged where required by the buyer or destination.

ISO documentation

ISO certification documentation can be provided for review. Confirm the current certificate and applicable scope before relying on it commercially.

REACH document

REACH-related documentation can be discussed against the buyer’s regulatory requirement.

CO & COA

Certificate of Origin and batch Certificate of Analysis can be coordinated with the shipment documents.

What we review before release

Nitrogen content Checked against the agreed product specification; our standard agricultural granular offer is N ≥ 46.0%.
Biuret Monitored to the order requirement; our standard granular urea offer is biuret ≤ 0.9%, with lower-biuret options available for discussion.
Moisture Controlled to reduce caking and maintain handling performance during storage and loading.
Granule appearance Visual and batch checks for uniform, free-flowing granules or prills as specified.
Packing & traceability Bag condition, net weight, marks and batch identification are checked before dispatch.
Retained samples Samples are retained for batch recheck and follow-up when required.
Bulk urea bags stored and prepared for shipment

A simple verification workflow

01 Confirm the specification. Product grade, application, target values and required test method are aligned before production.
02 Inspect the batch. Internal QC checks the batch against the agreed parameters and records the result.
03 Arrange third-party review if needed. Sampling, applicable reports and inspection arrangements are confirmed with the buyer.
04 Release with documents. The batch is packed and released with the relevant COA and shipping paperwork.
